Kruger's artwork is about the statement. She challenges and addresses society's notions about gender roles, social relationships and political issues. She uses images from the media and mixes them with her own statements which are sometimes sarcastic and sometimes blunt to create a message of strength. She speaks in a voice which allows each individual the ability to connect with her artwork and interpret and understand it on a personal level, which may be completely different one to the next.

i like social issue is was fun and interesting puting the words and people trying to guess on what you meant. i also like the lyrics it was also fansniating on how it came out. Overall, this class is fun,and sometimes hard.
